Boil pasta/noodles according to the directions on packet.
Chop kale and cook with half cup of water in a sauce pan or frying pan, covered and on low heat. After 5 minutes add a pinch of salt to the moist kale, turn and cover again to cook for another 5-7 minutes. Turn off the stove. Add beans, corn, walnuts and cooked pasta/noodles. Add pepper powder, toasted sesame oil and juice of one lime to the noodles and kale. Mix well and serve
This is a quick cooking deliciously tangy way to enjoy the winter and spring greens. Mustard greens also taste good in this recipe.
